The plant was established in 1986 for processing and exporting of Shrimps and Fish Products. The factory is situated in excellent location 2 KM away from Chittagong Port. Factory is Equpped with appropriate Machinery equipment and Technology from USA/European Origin and have the following:

• Spiral freezer
• Steam cooker (from Denmark carnitech group)
• Air Blast freezer
• Flake Ice (Geneglace-France)
• Cold Storage
• Plate freezer (Jackstone-UK.)
• Gas Generator (Gauscor - Spain)

HACCP approved plant and maintain highly standered of hygiene and sanitation for processing of safe Food products. The plant is approved by EU (approval NO-CTG46) and USFDA (Code NO-BC29). USFDA FOOD FACILITY Registration No-13198248224.

 

The plant is HACCP implemented and approved as per rulls and regulation of EU and USFDA. After re-validation audit performed and conducted by the third party (SGS Bangladesh Ltd.). The company carried of ISO 2000:2005 (Food Safety management System) accredited by UKAS (Unitted Kingdom Acceleration Services ) of SGS UK. Ltd. The servey varification and auditing for implementing of BRC has been completed and we are under Certification process which will be issued soon bySGS UK. Ltd.

 

The plant has its own Q.C Laboratory equepped with standard equipment to carry out in house microbiological and other test of fishery products. Every export consignment is inspected by the surveyor's nominated by buyer/importer prior to shipment.
